How
- In the app or on the web: sign in, open Settings → Plan & account, and use Delete my account. You type DELETE and your password; the deletion happens immediately.
- Without signing in: write to support@lilit.us from the address of your account.
What is deleted
Your account (e-mail, password hash, settings), every project you own with its chapters, notes, files, history and writing log, your AI and import records, and your memberships in other people's projects. A running subscription is cancelled at Stripe.
Kept: projects owned by other people that you worked on stay with their owners. Stripe keeps its own payment records for the period the law requires.
Take a copy first
Each book's Export page gives you the whole book (Word, PDF, EPUB, Markdown and a complete backup). Deletion cannot be undone.
